TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders are binding upon the client once Order Confirmation has been confirmed by client via fax, e-mail, USPS mail or hand delivery. The order confirmation is not considered complete unless a signed Authorization to Reproduce sheet is e-mailed or faxed. The form can be downloaded here.
CHANGES
Any changes to order must be submitted via fax, email, USPS mail or hand delivered to A Plus Promotional Products. Changes to artwork after customer's approval will be billed at the rate of $40.00 per hour. This does not apply for any corrections needed due to misunderstandings/typographical errors by A Plus Promotional Products. Changes can cause delays and A Plus Promotional Products accepts no responsibility for missed deadlines caused by changes requested by customer.
AUTHORIZED RETURNS
All sales are FINAL. Merchandise found to be defective or incorrect due to A Plus Promotional Products will be replaced if notice in writing is given to A Plus Promotional Products within 3 calendar days from receipt of merchandise. Note: Merchandise MUST be returned at customer's expense to A Plus Promotional Products for inspection. Inspection of defects claimed by customer must be verified by A Plus Promotional Products and to their satisfaction to determine if replacement of merchandise shall be approved. Note: Customer shall pay for shipping cost on approved replacement orders.
PAYMENTS
Normally, payment is due prior to processing the order. Most Major Credit Cards are accepted for orders over $50.00. A 50% deposit may be requested with the remainder due upon delivery. Returning Customers may apply for a NET 30 account but must file the A Plus Promotional Products Credit Application Information sheet and sign the Personal Guarantee portion. If sufficient credit history is not provided or available, it will be necessary to develop a payment history before credit is extended. No additional orders will be accepted if the account is not current. Customer agree to pay all of the company's reasonable attorney fees and any collection agency fees incurred in the collection of any amount not paid when due.
LATE AND OVERDUE CHARGES
A monthly late fee of 1 1/2 percent will be added to any overdue invoice. A $25.00 service charge will be added for all returned checks.
SAMPLES
Clothing samples will be billed at full cost and other samples will be billed if A Plus Promotional Products is billed by the supplier. Appropriate credit will be given against the order once placed.
ARTWORK
Setup charges can be minimized if camera-ready artwork is provided to size. Camera-ready artwork is defined as follows:
> Black & White line art on flat photographic paper
> 600 dpi (or higher) laser prints sized to fit specs
> Glossy, fine grain paper works better than matte copier paper but copy paper can sometimes be used
> Multi color imprints: send black & white separations with registration marks for each color
> Always include a color composite
Photocopies, newspaper clippings, letterhead, and business cards are not acceptable art. Copies with scotch tape, fingerprints, folds, tears, marks, staples, holes, screens or colored inks usually require an art to retouch. If it is necessary to retouch or rearrange submitted copy, an additional charge will apply at the rate of $40.00 per hour. We are happy to help you with logo development, color separations, design, layout, etc. Cost for these services is $85.00/hour. Art charges are a service charge only and do not include the purchase of images from the third party and do not transfer title to the customer. Artwork is not returned unless requested.
RETAINING ORDERS
Original order forms are kept on file for only 30 days. The electronic file will be kept for 1 year. A Plus Promotional Products cannot accept responsibility for errors beyond the 30 day time frame.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are applied to all invoices. Charges are based on: Weight/dimension-Destination-Shipping method-Drop Shipping-Residential vs. Commercial - Your carrier may deem your address residential (additional charge will apply). We will ship ground unless otherwise requested or not available at that destination. If speed of delivery is important to you, you can recommend using expedited one or two-day shipping methods. Please specify your street address. Only the United States Post Office will deliver to a post office box.
TURNAROUND TIME
Normal full color printing products takes 5-7 business days after artwork approval.
Promotional products imprinting takes 5-14 business days after artwork approval.
T-shirt screen printing or embroidery takes 5-7 business days after artwork approval.
Note: Shipping time is not included in the turnaround time.
Rush charge may be applied to meet customer's schedule.
